Each suit is manufactured using 1.2–1.3mm premium full-grain cowhide in major impact zones - the most abrasion-resistant part of the hide. Critical areas feature double leather layers, internally and externally triple and quad stitched using bonded Kevlar and bonded nylon thread to meet the latest CE standards.

All seams and materials are tested to current CE motorcycle clothing safety regulations, giving you confidence whether you’re racing, riding track days, or competing professionally. We don’t use soft, low-grade hides chosen for instant comfort. A proper race leather suit should feel secure, supportive and race-ready - and mould to you over time.

Production time is typically around 6 weeks from design approval and deposit. During peak race season (December–March), lead times may extend slightly. Express production is available where required.

We have made a conscious decision to focus exclusively on made-to-measure race suits in a market flooded with mass-produced off-the-peg products. When fit is right, protection performs better. Simple as that.
